Meet Shrieve's Leadership Team
George Fuller, CEO
George Fuller became chief executive officer of Shrieve in June 2021. Prior to Shrieve, he was COO of Christensen Inc. and now serves as an independent board member for Christensen. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Distribution and Global Sourcing for Univar. While at Univar, Mr. Fuller was also EVP Global Sourcing & Basic Chemicals and President of Basic Chemical Distribution. Prior to joining Univar, Mr. Fuller was with Hydrite Chemical, where over 23 years, he held a variety of leadership roles. The most recent role for Hydrite Chemical was Executive Vice President. Mr. Fuller has a 35-year career in chemical distribution and manufacturing with a history of delivering organic growth and operational excellence. Mr. Fuller is a graduate of Marshall University in Huntington, WV.
Ted Threadgill, President
Ted Threadgill started in the chemical industry in 1989 with ComCar Industries subsidiary CTL Distribution, a Mulberry, Florida-based trucking company that served the Florida Phosphate region as its core carrier. Mr. Threadgill joined Shrieve in 1994 as its Southeast Regional Manager/VP through 2015. Mr. Threadgill served as President and CEO of Shrieve Chemical company from 2015 to 2021 and continues to serve Shrieve Chemical as its President and a member of the board of directors. Mr. Threadgill graduated from The University of North Florida as a baseball player with a B.B.A. in Management.
Jason VanVleet, CFO & Executive Vice President
Jason VanVleet joined Shrieve in March 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Previously Mr. VanVleet was with The Mosaic Company where he spent nine years working in various financial and commercial roles. Prior to that, he was with US Bank and Wells Fargo for 11 years in various commercial capacities. Mr. VanVleet has spent his career providing strategic leadership to maximize financial return. He received his B.S. from Ambassador University, his M.A. from Dallas Theological Seminary, and is the proud holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
